THE LONSDALE HOTEL  -situated a few minutes walk from the sea, the swallow lonsdale court hotel is of edwardian 60s design. there are 59 bedrooms including suites, double/twin bedded, family rooms and single. there is also a newly refurbished bridal suite. all bedrooms are brightly decorated. room service is available 24 hours. hotel is comfortable and homly with friendly and helpful staff. the food is good english fare cooked by our three chefs who have worked in countries as diverse as the west indies, europe and the far east, in uk and abord ship. the chefs use only fresh ingredients, delivered daily. there are three dining rooms and a ballroom, all of which can be used to host conferences, functions or weddings. the two bars also provide tea, coffee and light snacks. there are several areas dedicated to non smokers. the hotel is very popular for masonic ladies festival weekends as we cater for up to 120 guests in the restaurant. the ballroom has an oak floor which is ideal for dinner dances and dance school teaching weekends. the heated swimming pool area is open from 9 am to 9 pm wher you will find a leisure manager and his staff on duty.
